Adanac Appoints Chief Restructuring Officer
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/20/10 -- Adanac Molybdenum Corporation ('Adanac' or the 'Company') (TSX: AUA) (PINK SHEETS: AUAYF) (FRANKFURT: A9N) is pleased to announce that Leonard J. Sojka has been appointed as Chief Restructuring Officer of the Company, effective immediately. Paul F. Nelson, the previous President and CEO, will continue as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. In replacing Mr. Nelson as Adanac's senior executive officer, Mr. Sojka will manage the Company's finance, legal and restructuring functions.
Mr. Sojka is a long-term investor in the capital markets, with a focus on junior mining companies. His experience includes serving as a director of a publicly traded junior gold company and serving as a director and the Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded iron ore development company.
