VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/26/10 -- STRATHMORE MINERALS CORP. ('Strathmore' or 'the Company') (TSX VENTURE: STM) is pleased to announce that shareholders approved all corporate resolutions at the Company's Annual General Meeting held in Vancouver on Wednesday July 21, 2010. David Miller, Steven Khan, Dieter Krewedl, and Ralph Goehring were all re-elected to the Board of Directors. Subsequent to the meeting, Michael Halvorson was appointed to the Executive Advisory Board.
The Company also advises that an updated NI-43-101 technical report for the Roca Honda, New Mexico Property, has been completed and SEDAR filed. The revised NI 43-101 report updates work performed since May 2008, which includes extensive permitting activities and the commencement of a phased feasibility study.
