Jervois Global Ltd. Date of AGM and closing date for receipt of Director nominations
Jervois Global Ltd. (ASX:JRV) (TSX-V:JRV) (OTC:JRVMF) ("Jervois" or the "Company") advises the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Jervois shareholders will be held in Melbourne, Australia, on Friday 28 April 2023 at 9.30am (Australian Eastern Standard Time or "AEST"). The AGM will be conducted in person and also available online for interested shareholders unable to attend. The Notice of Meeting for the AGM will be circulated in due course. The closing date for receipt of Director nominations is 7 March 2023.
Pursuant to Canadian National Instrument 71-102 - Continuous Disclosure and Other Exemptions Relating to Foreign Issuers ("NI 71-102"), Jervois confirms that it is a "designated foreign issuer" as defined in NI 71-102 and is subject to the regulatory requirements of the ASX.
