Salazar Engages First Canadian Capital for Investor Relations
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/03/10 -- Salazar Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: SRL)(FRANKFURT: CCG) Mr. Fredy Salazar, President and CEO, is pleased to announce that the Company has retained First Canadian Capital Corp. ('First Canadian' or 'the consultant') to provide strategic marketing and investor relations services. Under the terms of the agreement, Salazar will pay First Canadian C$6,000 per month for a twelve month initial term and grant 125,000 stock options at an exercise price of C$1.20. First Canadian will assist the Company in opening productive dialogue with private investors, analysts, brokers, money managers and other financial professionals. The Consultant will focus on generating market awareness among the investment community as Salazar explores and advances its Ecuadorian portfolio of projects.
