VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - Sept. 13, 2010) - Berkley Resources Inc. (CNSX:BKS) (PINK SHEETS:BRKDF) (FRANKFURT:W8O) reports that it has entered into a 12-month investor relations contract with Gross Capital, Inc. of Corpus Christi, Texas. Under the agreement, Gross Capital will provide Berkley with strategic consulting, shareholder communications, media exposure and other related services.Gross Capital is a premier investor relations firm with over 20 years' experience representing publicly traded companies in a variety of sectors. The company specializes in working with firms whose share prices have become undervalued due to a lack of retail, institutional or analyst support.
