Rodinia Lithium Inc. Retains Investor Cubed to Augment Corporate and Shareholder Communications

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/14/10 -- Rodinia Lithium Inc. ('Rodinia' or the 'Company') (TSX VENTURE: RM)(OTCQX: RDNAF), is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, the Company has retained the services of Investor Cubed Inc. ('Investor Cubed') to provide investor communications, shareholder information and public relations services effective September 1, 2010.

'Having recently completed a public financing, Rodinia now has the capital needed to accelerate our exploration program at the Salar de Diablillos in Salta, Argentina and expand on the high-grade, near-surface lithium-potash zone defined in May,' commented Will Randall, President and CEO of Rodinia Lithium Inc. 'As we enter an exciting time with the potential for a significant amount of news flow, Investor Cubed will play a meaningful role in helping us communicate our results and initiatives to shareholders, equity research analysts, and the broader investment community.'

In connection with the engagement, Investor Cubed has been awarded a consulting contract for $5,000 per month for a term of twelve months, however, after November 30, 2010, Rodinia shall have the right to terminate the agreement on thirty days written notice. In addition, Investor Cubed has been granted 450,000 stock options at a price of $0.30. The options shall vest quarterly over a one year period with the first installment vesting on September 14, 2010, subject to the four month regulatory hold. The options shall be subject to regulatory approval and shall expire five years from the date of grant, subject to the termination provisions of Rodinia's Stock Option Plan.
