U3O8 Corp. Announces Resignation of VP of Exploration (Guyana)
TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 09/30/10 -- U3O8 Corp. (TSX VENTURE: UWE), a Canadian-based company focused on exploration and resource expansion of uranium and associated commodities in South America, announces that Richard Cleath, Vice President (Guyana), has resigned to pursue a new opportunity.
Rick Cleath has played an integral role in establishing a strong technical team to advance U3O8 Corp's exploration in Guyana since the company's inception in 2006. Exploration under Rick's guidance has resulted in the discovery of a potentially large uranium system in the Kurupung Batholith in Guyana. The scout drilling program and ongoing advancement of the Kurupung Project continues under the direction of Tom Kraft, U3O8 Corp's Chief Exploration Geologist - Kurupung, who has been directly managing the project for the past two years.
