Moly Mines Cancels Project Finance Options

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/01/10 -- Moly Mines Limited (TSX: MOL)(ASX: MOL) confirms 35,500,000 Project Finance Options issued to Hanlong Mining Investment Pty Ltd ('Hanlong') were cancelled in accordance with their terms and conditions on 30 September 2010.
As advised on 22 September 2010, the Company plans to issue replacement options to Hanlong upon shareholder approval at the November 2010 annual general meeting.
