Donner Metals Ltd.: Amendment to Warrant Terms
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/22/10 -- Mr. David Patterson, Chairman of Donner Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DON)(FRANKFURT: D4M), reports that the Company has applied to extend the terms of 7,768,557 warrants exercisable at a price of $0.35 per share from November 6, 2010 to May 2, 2011.
In addition, the Company has applied to extend the terms of 8,033,100 warrants from February 2, 2011 to May 2, 2011 and to reduce the exercise price from $0.45 to $0.30 per share.
The amendments to the warrants described above are subject to TSXV approval.
