Renaissance Gold's material property for purposes of securities legislation is the Spruce Mountain Project, consisting of 180 unpatented lode mining claims located in Elko County, Nevada, covering a surface area of 1,512 hectares (3,720 acres). A technical report on the Spruce Mountain Project dated September 22, 2010, that was commissioned by and prepared for AuEx Ventures, Inc. and Renaissance Gold by Nancy J. Wolverson, Consulting Geologist, C.P.G. 11048, in compliance with National Instrument 43-101, has been electronically filed with regulators concurrent with the filing of this news release and is available for viewing through the Internet at the SEDAR website (www.sedar.com) under Renaissance Gold's Issuer Profile.
Eric M. Struhsacker, Certified Professional Geologist, is Renaissance Gold's designated Qualified Person for purposes of National instrument 43-101, who has read and taken responsibility for the portion of this news release dealing with the Spruce Mountain Project.
