Leigh Hall Joins Ivernia's Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/11/10 -- Ivernia Inc. ('Ivernia' or 'the Company') (TSX: IVW) is pleased to announce that Mr. Leigh Hall has joined its Board of Directors as a non-executive board member effective as of November 9, 2010.

Mr. Hall, a resident of Sydney, Australia, is an experienced business leader having held a number of senior positions at AMP Limited before retiring in 1999 as Deputy Managing Director of AMP Asset Management Australia Limited. Mr. Hall is a Member of the Order of Australia, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has been a director of a number of Australian-based public companies throughout his business career and presently is a director of Prime Infrastructure Holdings Limited and Superannuation Funds Management Corporation of South Australia. Mr. Hall has served in various capacities on several industry and government associations and groups, including president of the Securities Institute of Australia, Chairman of the Australian Investment Managers Association and a member of the Australian Law Reform Commission and the Financial Reporting Council.
