MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/23/10 -- Mineral Deposits Limited (TSX: MDM) (ASX: MDL) wishes to clarify that, in respect of the share consolidation of MDL's shares on a 1:10 basis ('Share Consolidation'), the first day of trading of the post consolidated MDL shares on the TSX will occur on Thursday, 25 November 2010, not on Friday, 26 November 2010 as indicated yesterday.The timetable for MDL shares trading 'ex' the in specie distribution of common shares in Teranga Gold Corporation to MDL shareholders ('Teranga In Specie Distribution') and on a post consolidated basis on both the ASX and TSX is as follows:
Thursday, 25 November ASX MDL shares trade 'ex' the Teranga In Specie
2010 Distribution and on a postconsolidated
basis:
- MDL shares acquired on and from this
date on ASX will not be eligible to
participate in the Teranga In Specie
Distribution
- First day of trading the 'consolidated'
MDL shares on a deferred settlement
basis on ASX
