South Boulder is an Australian- and Frankfurt-listed potash, nickel and gold exploration and development company, focusing on multiple potash, nickel and gold targets and prospects located in Western Australia and Eritrea. The Company owns a 100% interest in a significant and very shallow potash target deposit the Colluli Potash Project located in Eritrea, which has been drilled and significantly advanced recently. The Company is also in significantly involved in the Duketon Greenstone Belt projects which contain the recent Rosie Ni-Cu-PGE discovery. The Company owns 100% of all gold prospects and participates in a farm-out Joint Venture with Independence Group NL (earning 70%) for nickel-sulphide prospects.
