Montreal, Québec -- (Marketwire - July 15, 2010) - Maya Gold & Silver Inc. ("Maya" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MYA) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to non-executive directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to acquire a total of 900,000 common shares of the Company exercisable at Cdn$0.25 of which 175,000 were granted to non-executive directors and 350,000 to officers. These incentive stock options, which expire on July 6, 2015, have been granted in accordance with the Company\'s Stock Option Plan.
