VANCOUVER, Jan. 30, 2024 – Evolution Global Frontier Ventures Corp (CSE: EGFV, the “Company” or “EGFV”) would like to announce the resignation of Mr. Ron Miles as CEO and director, Mr. Barry Bergstrom as a director and Joel Scodnick as a director.Mr. Bergstrom will retain his role as Chief Financial Officer to assist in the transition with the current transaction. In addition, both Directors have also indicated their availability to assist the company on a consulting basis.
The company would like to thank all three directors for their many years of service, developing the company to this stage, and particularly for seeing the company through to the completion of the latest year end audit.
Mr. Paul Haber will take on the role of interim CEO and shall lead a search committee for new directors to be added to the board. The company will also be soon announcing a date for an AGM to be held in order to vote on the proposed pending transaction and any new directors proposed to stand.
