African Eagle Resources plc ("African Eagle" or "the Company", ticker AIM: AFE; AltX: AEA) was notified on December 3, 2010, that as at that date, MWB Limited, purchased 30,230,761 ordinary shares in the Company which represents approximately 7.86% of the total voting rights of the Company.
