New Dimension Increases Flow-Through Financing
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/10/10 -- New Dimension Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: NDR) (the 'Company' or 'New Dimension') announces that due to significant investor demand it has increased the amount of its non-brokered private placement to up to 3,600,000 flow-through units (the 'Units') at a price of $0.24 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $864,000.
A portion of the private placement may close in January 2011.
