Toronto, March 26, 2024 – Loyalist Exploration Limited (“Loyalist” or the “Company”) (CSE: PNGC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Errol Farr, CPA, CMA as a director to fill the vacancy on the board created by the retirement of a prior board member previously disclosed. Mr. Farr is a seasoned financial and mining professional with over 35 years of experience in financial management and reporting, operations, business optimization, and strategy development. He is the former CEO of Adex Mining Inc., a poly-metallic mining project in New Brunswick and former CFO of Anaconda Mining Inc., a gold producer in Newfoundland, Canada. He is currently CFO, COO and/or Corporate Secretary of several other publicly traded companies, including Spruce Ridge Resources as Corporate Secretary, a mining exploration company with projects in the Oregon and Newfoundland.Commenting on the appointment, President and CEO John O’Donnell stated that “We are pleased to have Errol join us to complement our board with his vast experience in the industry”.
