Breakwater's Employees at Mochito Settle Labour Agreement
A new contract for the unionized workers at the Mochito mine was finalized in Honduras today. The settlement was in line with management's expectations and accordingly we are maintaining our guidance for 2011 of direct operating costs of US$60 - US$67 per tonne milled. The contract was renewed for a period of three years retroactive to October 1, 2010. The previous contract governing employees at Mochito expired September 30, 2010.
