VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/21/10 -- David Patterson, Chairman of Donner Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: DON)(FRANKFURT: D4M), reports that the Company has closed its previously announced $1,500,000 non-brokered private placement. The funds were raised through the issuance of 4,687,500 flow-through shares at a price of $0.32 per share. The shares issued in connection with the private placement are subject to a hold period expiring April 20, 2011.
