Benjamin Hill Mining Corp. Announces Company Name Change to Forge Resources Corp.
Vancouver, April 18, 2024 - Benjamin Hill Mining Corp. (CSE: BNN) (OTCQB: BNNHF) (FSE: 5YZ0) ("BNN" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has formally changed its name to Forge Resources Corp. and will commence trading its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") under the new ticker symbol "FRG" at the open of trading on Monday April 22, 2024. Cole McClay, CEO states: "With great enthusiasm, we unveil our new name: Forge Resources Corp. We have selected Forge Resources as the company title because it embodies our vision, resilience and commitment to developing high quality projects."
