("Eastmain") (TSX: ER) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of investment dealers, led by Casimir Capital Ltd. and including RBC Capital Markets (the "Agents") to complete a $4.0 million private placement offering of 1,454,545 flow through common shares at a price of $2.75 per share. The broker warrants shall be issued at a price of $1.85 per share and will be exercisable for a period of one year following the closing of the private placement.
The financing is scheduled to close on or about November 30, 2010 and is subject to the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
