Romios Gold Resources Inc. Raises $842,000 in Working Capital

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/30/10 -- Romios Gold Resources Inc. (\'Romios\' or the \'Company\') (TSX VENTURE: RG) (OTCBB: RMIOF) (FRANKFURT: D4R) is pleased to announce that it has received $841,755.65 on the exercise of warrants and broker warrants at prices ranging between $0.15 and $0.25 per share. This is in addition to the $600,000 raised in the private placement announced on December 15, 2010.The funds will be used for exploration on the Company's properties and for working capital.
