China Gold International Resources' Special Meeting of Shareholders
The Purchase Agreement provides that China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. will purchase all of the issued and outstanding shares of Skyland and assume shareholder loans. Completion of the transaction is subject to a number of conditions including receipt of shareholders approval from China Gold International's unrelated shareholders.
