Support for China Gold International Resources Purchase for Jiama Mine Recommended by Two Leading Independent Proxy Advisory Firms

Vancouver, British Columbia -- (Marketwire - Sept. 30, 2010) - China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd. ("CGG") (TSX: CGG) announced today that ISS Proxy Advisory Services and Glass Lewis & Co., two leading, independent proxy advisory firms, have recommended that shareholders vote in favor of the resolution to approve CGG\'s purchase of 100% of Skyland Mining (Jiama Mine) from China National Gold Hong Kong and Rapid Result Investments Ltd. at the company\'s special meeting of shareholders on October 14, 2010.
