VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/18/11 -- Bonaventure Enterprises Inc. ('Bonaventure' or 'the Company') (TSX VENTURE: BVT)(FRANKFURT: YQG) announces that it has settled outstanding debts in the aggregate amount of Cdn$169,089.85 by the issuance of a total of 3,381,797 common shares (the 'Debt Shares') at a deemed price of $0.05 per share. The debt settlement was accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange on January 14, 2011, and accordingly on that date the Company issued the Debt Shares, which are subject to a hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws expiring May 18, 2011.On behalf of the Board of Directors
