Adanac Files Audited Financial Statements and Annual Information Form
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/18/11 -- Adanac Molybdenum Corporation ('Adanac' or the 'Company') (TSX: AUA)(PINK SHEETS: AUAYF)(FRANKFURT: A9N) is pleased to announce that it has filed audited financial statements and the related Management Discussion & Analysis ('MD&A') for the fiscal years ended April 30, 2010 and 2009. Adanac has also filed unaudited interim financial statements and MD&A for the fiscal 2011 first and second quarters ended July 31, 2010 and October 31, 2010, respectively. The Company also filed an Annual Information Form for 2010.
Filing these documents updates the Company's disclosure. The TSX Venture Exchange is evaluating Adanac's application to transition its share listing from the TSX.
