Borealis Mining Company Ltd. Announces Conditional Approval for Listing on the TSX-V and Commencement of Trading

Vancouver, August 6, 2024 - Borealis Mining Company Limited (the "Company" or "Borealis") is pleased to announce that it has received conditional approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") to list its common shares on the TSXV. The Company's common shares will commence trading on the TSXV under the symbol "BOGO", effective market open on August 7, 2024.
