Romios Announces Closing of Final Tranche of Non-Brokered Offering

Toronto, August 23, 2024 - Romios Gold Resources Inc. (TSXV: RG) (OTCQB: RMIOF) (FSE: D4R) ("Romios Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that, further to its Press Releases of July 11, 2024 and August 6, 2024 it has completed the final tranche of a non-brokered private placement offering of up 15,000,000 million shares (the "Shares") priced at $0.01 per Share for up to $150,000 (the "Offering") with the placement of 1,500,000 Shares for gross proceeds of $15,000.00 (the "Final Closing").

The securities issued at the Final Closing of the Offering are subject to a hold period expiring on December 24, 2024.

The Company closed the first tranche of the Offering on August 2, 2024, with the placement of 8,500,000 Shares for proceeds of $85,000 and together with the Final Closing, the Company raised $100,000.00 in total.
