Lithium Corporation Initiates Drill Permitting at Cortez Lithium Prospect

Lithium Corporation (OTCBB: LTUM) (the 'Company', or 'Lithco?) is
pleased to announce it has recently submitted a drilling permit
application to the BLM field office in Battle Mountain, Nevada.

The permit makes provision for the drilling of up to 8 drill holes with
depths in the order of 500 feet, on its Cortez lithium brine property in
Lander County, Nevada. Lithco is currently in discussions with drill
contractors, and intends to commence drilling once conditions are
favorable this spring.

Lithium Corporation also intends to drill its Salt Wells prospect this
coming year, as well as conducting more work at its Fish Lake Valley
lithium brine prospect.
