Redhill Increases Private Placement to $3,000,000
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/08/11 -- Redhill Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: RHR) ('Redhill' or the 'Company') reports it has increased the amount of its non-brokered private placement, announced January 21, 2011, from 25,000,000 units (the 'Units') to 30,000,000 units for gross proceeds of $3,000,000. All other terms of the private placement remain as announced.
Proceeds of this private placement will be used to fund exploration on the Gascoyne projects, to advance the Honey Comb Hills and Morgan rare-earth properties and for general working capital.
