TORONTO, Oct. 18, 2024 - Allied Gold Corp. (TSX: AAUC, OTCQX: AAUCF) ("Allied" or the "Company") announces that the over-allotment option relating to the overnight marketed public offering of common shares has been exercised and the offering was completed today. The over-allotment shares were issued pursuant to the (final) short form prospectus supplement (the "Prospectus Supplement") dated October 3, 2024, to the Company's short form base shelf prospectus dated October 1, 2024 (the "Base Shelf Prospectus").
