(TSX: PDN)(ASX: PDN) ('Paladin' or the 'Company') notes that, following the release of the 31 December 2010 Half Year Financial Statements, we advise that due to an error on page 22 in relation to the outstanding share information at 14 February 2011, the corrected table is now set out below.
