Tres-Or Drilling Update at Advanced Duvay Gold Project, Quebec

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 02/18/11 -- Tres-Or Resources Ltd. ('Tres-Or') (TSX VENTURE: TRS) has completed the first eleven drill holes totalling 1043 m at the Duvay Gold Project ('Duvay') in the Abitibi belt of northwestern Quebec. Two more drill holes are planned for this first phase of the drill program.

The drilling began January 4, targeting major shear zones and fault structures identified by the fall 2010 mapping program. The first drill hole intersected an old underground shaft or adit at approximately 35 m below the surface. This drill hole was drilled at a 45 degree inclination, and abandoned at 48 m due to intersecting the old underground workings. The old workings were referred to in historical reports as comprising 275 m of galleries and cross-cuts at the base of a 36 m shaft, but these workings could not be confirmed by Tres-Or, nor precisely located, until the first drill hole intersected them.

It is now clear that the underground workings, as well as Tres-Or's first drill hole, were located in close proximity to previously described historical results including drill intersections of up to 402 grams per tonne (g/t) gold (Au) over 0.36 m, 76.8 g/t Au over 0.46 m, 34.6 g/t Au over 0.43 m, 12.01 g/t Au over 1.53 m, 27.17 g/t Au over 1.14 m, and 16.598 g/t Au over 1.76 m from the drilling in the 1940s through the 1980s (see news release dated January 6, 2011 for further details). In addition, surface sampling by Tres-Or nearby included a grab sample returning 199 g/t gold, 104 g/t silver, 4.5% copper and 0.75% zinc (see Tres-Or news release dated December 1, 2010 for further details).

Core from all drill holes is being logged on-site in Tres-Or's recently completed pre-fab structure. This structure is also being prepared for processing a series of small bulk sample tests to account for coarse gold.
