('Great Basin Gold' or 'the Company') (TSX: GBG; NYSE Amex: GBG; JSE: GBG) has announced that, due to the scheduled closure of its previously announced (press release dated February 2, 2011) public offering on February 23, the Company will now hold its Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2010 unaudited interim results conference call and webcast on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 6:00am PST/ 09:00am EST/ 2:00pm GMT/ 4:00pm SAST.
