NWM Mining announces start of doré production at Lluvia-Jojoba
Based on assays from the mine laboratory, the doré shipped contained 200.6 troy ounces of gold, and 299.4 troy ounces of silver. Total payable value is expected to exceed $275,000.
Also present in the doré bullion are copper and iron, both of which non-paying components originate from the Lluvia ore but do not give rise to refining problems or penalties.
"Leaching operations are currently being expanded onto the new Pad SW1 area, and this should soon result in rising production of doré from the Lluvia heap leach," stated R. Bruce Thorndycraft, Chief Operating Officer for NWM Mining.
