Tyhee Development Corp. Grants Incentive Stock Options

VANCOUVER, Jan. 12 /CNW/ - Tyhee Development Corp. (TSX Venture, TDC) (the "Company") has granted incentive stock options to certain directors and officers of the Company to purchase up to 6,773,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company pursuant to a shareholder approved Incentive Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable on or before January 12, 2016 at a price of $0.16 per share.Denis Taschuk, Chairman of the Board of Directors reports, "We are pleased to be able to incentivize our team using options, allowing us to use more of our cash to advance the Yellowknife Gold Project. Our progress to date has been excellent with new centres of gold mineralization being discovered, expanding the potential of the project."
Tyhee Development Corp. is a gold exploration and development company working in the historic Yellowknife Gold Camp, NWT, Canada. It is the largest property holder in this camp and has the largest exploration and development program underway in the region. Its principal asset is the Yellowknife Gold Project which includes the Nicholas Lake, Ormsby, Bruce, Goodwin Lake, and Clan Lake Gold Zones.
