PERTH, Western Australia, March 21 /CNW/ - Tiger Resources Limited (ASX: TGS) (TSX: TGS), ('Tiger' or 'Company') is pleased to report high
grade results of the final three holes of the recently completed
drilling programme at its 100%-owned Lupoto Copper Project (PR 2214) in
the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Highlights

-- All results of the 23 hole RC & DD drilling programme at Sase
Central are now released

-- High-grade intercepts between 26m and 121m from surface are
reported for the final three holes of RC infill drilling at
Sase Central, including:
o 24m @ 4.81% Cu intersected in hole SASRC011
o 35m @ 1.58% Cu (including 17m @ 2.13% Cu) intersected in hole
SASRC012
o 50m @ 1.36% Cu (including 15m @ 2.38% Cu) intersected in hole
SASRC013
-- Results provide additional confirmation of the high grade zone
of primary and supergene mineralisation identified in earlier
drilling.

-- High grade primary mineralisation remains open at depth, with a
number of holes from the recent programme ending in
mineralisation, including SASRC013 which includes an intercept
of 34m @ 5.49% Cu and ended in mineralisation of 9.57% Cu at
121m.

-- Mineralisation remains open along strike to the east and west
with the eastern area likely to be the focus of future
drilling.

-- Work is underway on a maiden JORC resource calculation,
expected to be released in April 2011.

Sase Central Infill Drilling

Final assay results have been received for the remaining three holes to
be reported of a total of 23 holes (18 RC and five DD) for 3,131.9m (RC
2,615m and DD 516.9m) completed as the infill component of the drilling
programme at Sase Central.

SASRC011, SASRC012 and SASRC013 have all returned significant intercepts
of high grade supergene and primary mineralisation, confirming the
continuity of the high grade zone within the high grade envelope.

The high grade primary mineralisation remains open at depth. Several of
the RC drill holes in the programme ended in mineralisation (with holes
terminated due to drilling difficulties). SASRC013 includes an
intercept of 34m @ 5.49% Cu ended in mineralisation of 9.57% Cu at
121m. Previously reported holes SASRC009 and SASRC022 had end of hole
grades of 6.08% Cu and 1.3% Cu respectively. Collar locations of these
holes can be seen in Figure 1.

Mineralisation remains open along strike to the East and West with the
eastern area likely to be the focus of future drilling.

Work is underway on a maiden JORC resource calculation at Sase Central,
expected to be released in April 2011.

Background

The Sase Project is situated within the Lupoto Permit (PR2214). The
northern boundary of the permit is located approximately 10kms to the
south of the Kipoi Project and the project area can be accessed by a
road that leads directly to Kipoi.

The Company holds a 100% interest in the Lupoto Permit and Aurum sprl
has the right to a 1% NSR from any production.

The Sase Project is located in an area of intersecting splay structures
associated with a major project scale fault system, the Sase fault
zone. Fault breccias related to the fault systems represent important
exploration targets. Several other analogues geological settings have
been identified in other parts of the Lupoto Project area.
Mineralisation at Sase is hosted in intensely brecciated sedimentary
rocks, mainly carbonaceous siltstones, shales and dolomites of the
lower kundelungu group. These stratigraphic units are known to host one
of the world's largest PB-Zn-Cu deposits at Kipushi, 50km west of
Lubumbashi in the DRC.

There is potential for the mineralisation to extend the life of the
stage 2 development at Kipoi Central.
