April 4, 2011 Northland Resources S.A. (Northland) reports that Göran Arlefalk,Project Manager - Kaunisvaara Project, has been granted 300,000 incentive stock
options, at an exercise price of CAD 3.76, and a term of 5 years. The exercise
price is based on the average 10 day closing price of Northland's shares on the
Toronto Stock Exchange, plus a 25% premium. After this transaction, Mr.
Arlefalk holds 300,000 incentive stock options and 12,950 shares in Northland.
