VANCOUVER, June 29 /CNW/ - Golden Queen Mining Co. Ltd. is pleased to announce that the certification by the Kern County Planning Commission of the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) for the Company's Soledad Mountain project has become final and is no longer subject to challenge. The Planning Commission unanimously approved the project and formally certified the SEIR on April 8, 2010. Two appeals to the certification were filed but subsequently withdrawn. Accordingly, the Planning Commission's actions became final on May 24, 2010.
