Northland Resources S.A.: Clarification on Media Reports
LUXEMBOURG, LUXEMBOURG -- (Marketwire) -- 04/12/11 -- Northland Resources S.A. (TSX: NAU)(OSLO: NAUR)(FRANKFURT: NPK) ('Northland' or 'the Company') notes that Swedish media this morning reports on a signed contract for the civil works for the Kaunisvaara mine in Northern Sweden.
Northland would like to clarify that no decisions have yet been taken regarding a contract for the civil works. Northland is a publicly traded company in Toronto and Oslo and any contract of size for civil works for Kaunisvaara would be announced in a separate news release.
