African Aura Mining Inc. - Clarification of TSX-V Bulletin

LONDON, April 11 - African Aura Mining Inc. (“African Aura“ or the “Company“), the TSX-V (AUR) and AIM (AAAM) listed exploration and development company with divisions focused on iron ore and gold projects in sub Saharan Africa, wishes to clarify the TSX-V bulletin issued on April 7, 2011 (the “Bulletin“). The Bulletin incorrectly stated that, in connection with the previously announced restructuring of the Company involving Aureus Mining Inc. (the “Arrangement“), a new CUSIP for the Company (being CUSIP 00818V103) (the “New CUSIP“) was to be effective on April 8, 2011; however, the effective date of the New CUSIP will be April 13, 2011.

The new website for the Company following the completion of the Arrangement will be www.afferro-mining.com and the website for Aureus Mining Inc. will be www.aureus-mining.com.
