Gold Finder Explorations Ltd. Engages Holloman Corporation
Gold Finder has retained the services of Holloman to advise the company with respect to property acquisition, engineering & construction, equipment rental, joint venturing and general corporate development.
David Greenway, President of Gold Finder, stated, "Gold Finder strives to use best-practices by retaining the best geologists, consultants, project locators and generators, and financiers. This agreement with Holloman significantly strengthens the position of Gold Finder in this undertaking."
Holloman Corporation (www.hollomancorp.com) based in Houston, Texas is one of the largest employee owned engineering, procurement and construction companies in the United States. With international operations in Australia, Southeast and Central Asia. Its primary services include plant and pipeline engineering and construction with a focus on the natural gas and water and wastewater industries. The company also has operations in mineral exploration, drilling and heavy equipment supply and rental. Its customers participate in both traditional and emerging industries including oil and gas, environmental, alternative energy development, utilities and government projects.

Gold Finder is also pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Blankstein to the board of directors. The board looks forward to working with Mr. Blankstein. He began his career in the capital markets in 1984 and he has vast experience with public companies in a variety of roles, including directorships, executive management, and corporate development and investor relations. Mr. Blankstein has helped public and private companies to raise significant capital and seek listings on senior stock exchanges. Mr.Blankstein is President of Westwynd Capital Corp, a private investment company. He graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1982. Mr. Blankstein will be granted 50,000 director incentive options at an exercise price of $0.55 per share which will vest immediately.
