VANCOUVER, Oct. 19, 2010 - Canamex Resources Corp. (Canamex) (TSX VENTURE: CSQ) announces the grant, pursuant to the Company's 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan which was approved by shareholders on September 9, 2010 and accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange on October 1, 2010, of options to certain eligible participants entitling them to purchase a total of 2,500,000 common shares, exercisable on or before October 18, 2012, at a price of $0.10 per share.ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD
