Puget Ventures Inc. Retains Investor Relations Providers

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire - Aug. 6, 2010) - Puget Ventures Inc. (the "Company" or "Puget") (TSX VENTURE: PVS) announces that, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), it has entered into an Investor Relations agreement (the "Vantage Agreement") with Vantage Communications Ltd. ("Vantage"), which is in the business of providing Investor Relations services to publicly traded companies.The principal of Vantage is Mr. Kyle Johnston, an experienced investor and public relations professional. Vantage will distribute news and information on behalf of the Company in addition to providing Puget with a web marketing campaign. Vantage maintains its offices in Vancouver, British Columbia.
The term of the Vantage Agreement is one year, pursuant to which Vantage will receive 300,000 stock options. Vantage and Mr. Johnston are at arm's-length to the Company and do not own any securities in the Company.
The Company has also entered into an Investor Relations agreement (the "Gordon Agreement") with Chris Gordon, a private contractor engaged in providing investor relations services to Puget. The term of the Gordon Agreement is one year, after which it will be renewable on a month-to-month basis. In consideration for his services, Mr. Gordon will receive a fee of $5,000 per month and 50,000 stock options. Mr. Gordon is at arm's-length to the Company and does not own any securities in the Company.
The Gordon Agreement is subject to TSXV acceptance.
