NSGold Corporation Appoints of Glenn Holmes to Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, March 25 /CNW/ - NSGold Corporation (TSXV: NSX) is pleased to announce the appointment of Glenn A. Holmes to the Board of Directors.Mr. Holmes brings over 20 years of experience in the mining industry to the Company. He began his career with NovaGold Resources Inc. (TSX:NG) in 1987 where he was Vice-President, Finance and Secretary-Treasurer. From 1997 to 2009 Mr. Holmes was Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President Finance of Etruscan Resources Inc. (TSX: EET). Mr. Holmes joined NSGold Corporation in 2010 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. His work experience includes structured project debt financings, corporate acquisitions, mining feasibility studies and financial restructurings. Mr. Holmes is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nova Scotia.
NSGold also announces that the Board of Directors granted stock options to three directors in respect of an aggregate of 300,000 common shares, and to two consultants, in respect of an aggregate of 95,000 common shares. The exercise price of the stock options is $0.50 per share. The stock options vest in four equal tranches commencing three months from the date of grant and will be fully vested in twelve months. They expire five years from the date of grant.
