James Crombie Appointed to the Board of Directors of Torex Gold Resources Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire - March 28, 2011) - Fred Stanford, President and CEO of Torex Gold Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "Torex") (TSX: TXG) is pleased to announce that James Crombie has joined the board of directors of Torex effective today.
