TORONTO, CANADA - April 4, 2011 - Mr. George A. Brown, President and CEO of Cache Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:CAY) is pleased to provide the following exploration update on the Long Lake Polymetallic Property in New Brunswick. Mr. Art Hamilton, P.Geo. is a Qualified Person as defined in National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for all technical information contained in this news release.


Four diamond drill holes totaling 1,055.1 metres were completed on the Long Lake Property in late 2010. The drill program returned grades up to 60.4 g/t silver, 0.64% copper, 1.16% zinc, 0.021% molybdenum and 0.115% tungsten (0.145% WO3). This is the first diamond drill program to be carried out on the Long Lake property since the ground was held by Canadian Occidental Petroleum in 1981.


Drill hole LL-10-02 intersected 25.85 metres grading 211 ppm tungsten (266 ppm WO3) from 295.55 to 321.40 metres that included up to 638 ppm tungsten (805 ppm WO3) over 1.0 metre and 212 ppm molybdenum over 0.7 metre. The 9.65 metre interval from 295.55 to 307.5 averaged 384 ppm tungsten (484 ppm WO3). The highest tungsten value from the drill program was returned from a pyrite-bearing quartz vein that ran 1,150 ppm tungsten (1,450 ppm WO3) over 0.3 metres in LL-10-01.


All four holes in the drill program intersected granite and local dykes that exhibited extensive alteration and common sulphides as disseminated mineralization and local stringers. Anomalous metal values were common throughout much of the core that was analyzed. There were 526.1 meters of core analyzed and the weighted average of all samples ran 200 ppm copper, 153 ppm lead, 525 ppm zinc, implying the existence of a significant mineralizing system. A summary of anomalous and significant mineralized intervals from the drill program are shown in Table 1. True widths of the drill hole intersections are not known.


Tungsten had typically not been analyzed in historical work on the Long Lake property. In 2008, a float sample collected approximately 400 metres south of hole LL-10-04 ran 1,540 ppm W and a float sample collected from the west side of Long Lake ran 1.61% W, 160 ppm Ag, 6.53% Cu and 134 ppm In.


The recently identified mineralization in float and drill core indicates that tungsten is a primary target commodity for exploration on the property. Historical work has also identified float samples reported to contain 2.15% and 12.0% molybdenum about 1.5 to 2 kilometres south of the 2010 drill holes.


A tungsten anomaly was identified by a till survey in 2008 extending from L-1800N to L-1000N and the most significant part of the anomaly remains untested beyond L-1800N. The tungsten mineralization between 295.55 and 321.4 metres in LL-10-02 was intersected at a vertical depth of over 200 meters. Further drilling is being planned to test the tungsten mineralized zone closer to surface and along strike. Geochemical and geophysical surveys are planned to identify new target areas on the property and to isolate the source of float samples with high metal values (eg. tungsten, molybdenum, silver, copper, etc.).


Mineralization on the property is considered to be related to late Devonian age granitic intrusive rocks, similar to the Sisson Brook tungsten-molybdenum deposit of Geodex Minerals Ltd. that is currently undergoing feasibility and environmental studies by Northcliff Resources Ltd. of the Hunter Dickenson Inc. group. The Sisson project is approximately 75 kilometres south of the Long Lake property.


Drill hole location and orientation information is as shown in Table 2.


Diamond drill core from the 2010 program was split for sampling using a diamond saw and samples were sent to Activation Laboratories Ltd. in Ancaster, Ontario for analyses. Samples were analyzed with the multi-element Au 48 method (code 1H) that uses both ICP and INAA processes (see www.actlabs.com).

Management feels that these results from our very first drill program indicate that the Long Lake Polymetallic Property is located in an interesting geological setting which we have now shown is mineralized with an array of elements of interest. Follow up work programs are currently being developed and planned for the 2011 exploration year.


Cache is funded to complete a minimum of $1,367,125 of 2010 flow-through exploration by December 31, 2011 and recently completed an additional $267,000 of 2011 flow-through financing which must be spent by December 31, 2012 but may be spent in 2011, at the sole discretion of management.
