VANCOUVER, May 20, 2011 /CNW/ - Mediterranean Resources Ltd. (TSX: MNR (Frankfurt: MHM1) ("Mediterranean") wishes to announce that it is rescheduling its Annual General and Special Meeting from the previously announced date of May 31, 2011 to June 29, 2011.This change is being effected to enable the presentation to and discussion by, shareholders of the results of the company's upcoming Preliminary Assessment on its Yusufeli projects, currently being prepared by SRK.
