Khan Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 05/30/11 -- Khan Resources Inc. (TSX: KRI) ('Khan' or 'the Company') announced today that it has appointed K. Bruce Gooding, CMA as Chief Financial Officer effective June 1, 2011. Mr. Gooding brings over 30 years of experience in financial management and reporting to the Company, most recently in his own practice providing project and management services to the mining and other industries.

The Company also wishes to thank Mr. Paul D. Caldwell, the outgoing Chief Financial Officer, for his outstanding service to the corporation over the past five years and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
